Summary, etc. | Certaines composantes de la culture scolaire, l’exclusion des dimensions psychiques et groupales des situations d’enseignement, sont à la fois facteurs de souffrance professionnelle pour les enseignants et font obstacle à la prise en compte de cette souffrance. Ces traits culturels sont d’autant plus prégnants qu’ils ont des correspondances dans le fonctionnement psychique de nombreux professeurs, dans ce qui a sous-tendu leur désir de devenir enseignant. L’élaboration en groupe des dimensions personnelles à l’œuvre dans l’exercice de son métier et des enjeux inconscients dans les situations difficiles, rendue possible par exemple par l’analyse clinique des pratiques, est à contre-courant de la culture scolaire et se heurte à des résistances, à la fois au niveau des décideurs et des individus. |

Summary, etc. | Some of the characteristics of the school system, namely the exclusion of both the psychic and the group aspects of teaching situations, are at the same time sources of suffering for teachers and obstacles to its being taken into account. Those traits persist all the more since they have some correspondence within the psychology of many teachers, with what underlay their wish to become teachers. The elaboration, in a group, of the personal aspects at work in one’s professional practice, of what is unconsciously at stake in difficult situations, such as it is made possible by clinical analysis of situations, goes against the school culture and encounters resistances, both from the authorities and the individuals. |
