Summary, etc. | Dans cet article, les auteures témoignent d’une expérience singulière de coanimation de groupe d’analyse de la pratique enseignante, selon une orientation clinique conduite auprès d’universitaires à l’occasion d’un congrès au Maghreb. Elles décrivent le déroulement de cet atelier pour donner à voir l’écart, inattendu pour elles, entre l’objectif annoncé et les possibilités de progression du groupe vers la réalisation de cet objectif. Elles font l’hypothèse que les cadres internes qu’elles ont soutenus en situation ont facilité l’émergence de cet inattendu et leur ont permis, en séance, d’élaborer ce qui se jouait au plan groupal. Elles focalisent leur questionnement sur les éléments constitutifs de ces cadres internes qui ont été mobilisés pour infléchir l’orientation du travail groupal. |

Summary, etc. | In this article, the authors relate a singular experiment conducted in the context of a congress held in Maghreb. Together, they led a group of teaching practice analysis with university teachers, from a psychoanalytical perspective. They describe the development of their workshop to highlight the discrepancy, unforeseen by them, between the announced objective and the group’s possibilities of progress towards the achievement of this objective. They make the hypothesis that the internal frames supported by each facilitator then, have contributed to the emergence of this unexpected response, which allowed them, within the session, to elaborate on what took place in the group. They focus their questioning on the constituent elements of these internal frames, which were activated to bend the orientation of the group work. |
