Summary, etc. | La rencontre avec les différentes étapes qui jalonnent le cursus de formation de l’étudiant infirmier va participer à la construction du processus de formation de chaque sujet. Tour à tour étonné, sidéré, pris par le jeu relationnel des rencontres avec les patients, les équipes et l’institution, il peut se retrouver euphorique, gai, mais aussi déprimé, mis à l’écart ou en situation de repli face à ses propres mouvements internes ou dans les rencontres avec l’environnement. Afin de l’aider dans un travail d’élaboration de sa posture de soignant, l’analyse des pratiques dans le cadre de la formation peut permettre d’envisager, avec le groupe, de créer une position en mouvement, affectée et partagée entre sujets du groupe. C’est donc à partir des liens recréés au sein du groupe d’analyse des pratiques que les étudiants pourront se laisser accompagner, pas à pas, vers une élaboration possible de leur position soignante, en « trouvant-créant », dans le langage, de quoi habiller leur posture d’infirmier. |

Summary, etc. | Going through the various steps of the nursing students’ training course contributes to build up each student’s training process. Alternately surprised, amazed, engaged in the inter-personal relations with the patients, the staff and the institution, s/he can feel euphoric, cheerful, but also depressed, put aside or in a fall back position, when facing his/her own internal motions or dealing with the environment. Assisting him/her in defining his/her position as a nurse, practice analysis, within the training context, can allow the invention of a dynamic, affected, and shared position with and within the group. Therefore, thanks to the links created within the practice analysis group, the students will let themselves be supported step by step, towards a possible development of their position as a nurse, finding and creating through language the means to embody their caring function and their medical assistant status. |
