| Summary, etc. | RésuméSi l’on peut parler de sexualité addictive dans le champ de la psychopathologie, c’est parce que le sujet pris dans de tels filets – où la compulsion est comparable dans son intensité à celle vécue par l’obsédé de contrainte – s’attache progressivement, mais sûrement – dans la répétition, à l’automatisation d’un circuit-court (économiseur de fantasmes) lequel altère les possibilités variées de cheminements créatifs, et endommage l’équilibre nécessaire dans la balance entre les productions fantasmatiques d’une part, et les passages à l’acte d’autre part. Ces derniers viennent ici envahir la scène dans le champ des réponses possibles de sorte que privé de rêves, de rêveries, l’individu peut s’essouffler, se déprimer, et se laisser glisser dans la pente d’une maladie où Éros ne pouvant plus circuler, prisonnier, cède alors du terrain à son corollaire antagoniste Thanatos. Nouveau concept dans la psychopathologie, la sexualité addictive a fait l’objet d’assez peu de travaux de recherche : surtout théorisé par des auteurs anglo-saxons d’inspiration cognitiviste, ce travail vise à l’essai d’une conceptualisation dans le champ de la psychopathologie d’inspiration psychanalytique. |

| Summary, etc. | If it is possible to speak of sexual addiction in the field of psychopathology, it is because the subject held in such nets where the compulsion is comparable in its intensity to that experienced by the constraint-obsessive and where it progressively attaches itself – through repetition – to the automation of a short-circuit (a fantasy economiser) which alters the variety of possibilities of creative passages, and damages the equilibrium necessary to the balance between the production of fantasys on the one hand and passages to the act on the other. The latter come to invade the scene in the field of possible responses in such a way that the individual, deprived of dreams and fantasys, can become exhausted, depressed, and let him/herself slip towards an illness where Eros, emprisonned, can no longer circulate and gives up ground to its antagonistic corollary Thanatos. A new concept in psychopathology, sexual addiction has been the subject of few studies : above all theorised by Anglo-saxon authors of cognitivist inspiration, this work aims at a testing of a new conceptualisation in the field of psychopathology and psychoanalysis studies. |
