| Summary, etc. | RésuméLa première partie de cette contribution situe la kulturarbeit au centre du fait humain. Le Symbolique y est défini le système des artéfacts culturels dont le sujet se saisit pour recréer et soutenir l’étayage libidinal et l’arrimage structural de l’individu au genre. Le traumatisme et le travail sont considérés comme structurellement liés à l’impéritie de l’humain. Cet ensemble définit le rapport éthique qui lie le travail et la condition de l’humain, ainsi que le rapport large que le traumatisme entretient avec le spectre des processus de subjectivation. La seconde partie est clinique. Elle explore les traumatismes au travail essentiellement autour de deux observations. L’une concerne un jeune homme victime d’abus sexuel confronté à la réalité des relations de domination dans le travail. L’autre un conducteur de train dont la culpabilité consciente et inconsciente liée à un suicide sur la voie trouve une issue catastrophique dans une opération catachrestique où l’« acquittement » d’un signal a été capturé et mise au service du problème intime de culpabilité laissé par l’accident précédent. Deux autres cas cliniques sont évoqués dans cette réflexion qui porte également sur les conditions de la cumulation de traumatismes successifs, et sur les relations dynamiques qu’entretiennent des traumatismes appartenant à un même système d’événements traumatogènes. |

| Summary, etc. | This contribution’s first part places kulturarbeit at the centre of the human issue. The Symbolic is defined here as the system of cultural artefacts the subject seizes to recreate and sustain the individual’s libidinal buttressing and structural binding to the genus. The traumatism and work are considered to be structurally linked to human ignorance. This ensemble defines the ethical relation that links work and the human condition, and the broad relation that the traumatism maintains with the spectrum of subjectivation processes. The second part of the article is clinical. It explores traumatisms at work mainly around two observations. One concerns a young man who had been a victim of sexual aggression confronted with the reality of relations of domination at work. The other considers a train driver whose conscious and unconscious guilt in relation to a suicide on the track finds a catastrophic issue in a catachrestic operation where « acknowledgement » of a signal was captured and brought to serve the intimate problem of guilt left by the previous accident. Two other clinical cases are evinced in this reflection also bearing on the conditions for accumulation of successive traumatisms, and on the dynamic relations these traumatisms maintain, as belonging to the same system of trauma-inducing events. |
