| Summary, etc. | RésuméÀ partir de différentes situations concernant 1) des femmes exerçant des métiers où elles sont minoritaires (ingénieures, consultantes en entreprise, chirurgiennes, chercheures), 2) des femmes exerçant des professions féminisées (infirmières, travailleuses sociales, auxiliaires puéricultrices), l’auteure discute des rapports entre le travail et la féminité. Être une femme se révèle, à l’analyse clinique, une difficulté supplémentaire dans la recherche conjointe de la construction de l’identité et de l’accomplissement de soi. |

On clinical analysis, being a woman proves to be an additional difficulty in the combined search for construction of one’s identity and self-fulfilment. |
