| Summary, etc. | Résumé Ce travail se situe à la croisée de la circulation médiatique des savoirs, principalement via des technologies de l’information et de la communication (TIC), et du développement socioéconomique des territoires. Selon une perspective sociopolitique et ethnographique de la communication, nous étudions des « agencements informationnels d’interface politique » dans des dimensions conjointement théoriques et opératoires. Notre analyse s’appuie sur des travaux de terrain en Afrique consistant en la conception et la réalisation de dispositifs sociotechniques dans l’espace public, imaginés et gérés par les populations concernées de manière décentralisée et participative. Inscrits dans une conception pragmatique et immanentiste des savoirs, des cultures et des techniques, ces travaux explorent les possibilités et les difficultés de mise en œuvre de projets ouvrant au débat public et à une dissémination large des savoirs. |

| Summary, etc. | This work is at the crossroad between the study of how knowledge is circulated by media –mainly through information and communication technology (ICT)– and of socioeconomical territorial development. The background of this research is a sociopolitical and ethnological approach of communication that has both theoretical and operating dimensions, an “informational layout of political interface”. The findings on design and making of public sociotechnological processes are based on fieldwork in Africa. These projects were created and managed in a decentralised and cooperative way by the local populations themselves. This is an exploration of the opportunities and problems to set up projects. Its aim is to fuel public debate and to contribute to a wide dissemination of experience. It is rooted into a pragmatical and immanentist approach of knowledge, culture and technology. |

| Summary, etc. | Resumen El presente trabajo se sitúa en la confluencia de la circulación mediática de los saberes -principalmente a través de tecnologías de la información y la comunicación (T.I.C.)- y del desarrollo socioeconómico de los territorios. Desde un enfoque sociopolítico y etnográfico de la comunicación, los autores estudian los “agenciamientos informacionales de la interfaz política” en sus dimensiones conjuntamente teóricas y operatorias. Su análisis se basa en trabajos de campo efectuados en África con el fin de concebir y realizar dispositivos socio-técnicos en el espacio público, los cuales fueron imaginados y manejados por la población interesada de manera descentralizada y participativa. Inscritos en una concepción pragmática e inmanentista de los saberes, las culturas y las técnicas, estos trabajos exploran las posibilidades y las dificultades propias a la puesta en marcha de proyectos conducentes al debate público y a una diseminación amplia de los saberes. |
