| Summary, etc. | Dans La Sémiosis sociale, son livre le plus important, Verón propose l’intégration de l’étude de la production sociale du sens à celle de processus considérés comme étrangers au « social » : les processus « naturels ». Dans la continuité de sa propre théorie de la discursivité, ce livre a produit, à sa réception, des réactions contrastées. Tandis qu’en Argentine, il était interprété comme une sémiotique de la communication, pour Verón lui-même, il s’agissait d’articuler une théorie de la médiatisation et les premières ébauches d’une sémio-anthropologie des individus. |

| Summary, etc. | En La Semiosis social, el libro más importante de la obra de Verón, estaba trazada la integración del estudio de la producción social de sentido con el de las instancias consideradas ajenas a lo “social”: los procesos “naturales”. Como un destino confirmatorio de su propia Teoría de la Discursividad, ese libro produjo efectos en desfase. Mientras en Argentina se lo leyó como una semiótica de la comunicación, para el propio Verón fue la plataforma de referencia de la integración de una Teoría de la Mediatización y de los primeros esbozos de una semioantropología de los individuos. |
