Pour rééquilibrer les actions de chacun des acteurs, proposer des solutions de facilitation pour les gestionnaires des ressources humaines, favoriser l’implication des managers dans le fonctionnement de leurs équipes, le SIRH semble un véritable dispositif d’optimisation de la gestion des RH au service de l’entreprise.Mais que reste-t-il aux relations interpersonnelles entre collaborateurs ? Que devient la part de « l’humain » spécifique à la gestion des ressources « humaines » ? ; Qu’en est-il du manager et de son rôle essentiel de relai, de partage de sens ? Le SIRH ne serait-il pas une fausse bonne idée ? |
