À travers l’analyse de deux cas d’entreprises ayant mis en place des formations numérisées, l’article montre que ce type de dispositif se fonde sur une responsabilisation et une injonction à l’autonomie de l’apprenant, sommé de construire seul un environnement favorable aux apprentissages (trouver du temps, des espaces, des modes d’apprentissages propres). L’article montre alors la nécessité, pour ces salariés, de trouver des ressources et des espaces de régulation individuels, collectifs, organisationnels et institutionnels pour identifier l’intérêt de connaissance, c’est-à-dire donner du sens à ces dispositifs, les inscrire dans les pratiques et dans l’organisation collective du travail. |
