520 ## - SUMMARY, ETC. | |
Summary, etc. |
520 ## - SUMMARY, ETC. | |
Summary, etc. | Home-based teleworking struggled to develop for more than twenty years, until the Covid19 crisis : in this context, Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) and Information Systems (IS) have supported (in the sense of Computer Supported Collaborative Word) part of the work of employees (in service’s sector) in order to allow continuity of their professional activity. Beyond the development of the practice of home-based telework, the compelled use of socio-technical devices in this context has created a resilience that is no longer individual, nor organizational but collective. Without ignoring limits and difficulties of this kind of work, this process of collective resilience assisted by ICT allows, at least in the short term, a continuation of professional activity despite the distance. |
