Dans cet objectif, les auteurs se basent sur les données issues d’une enquête d’acceptabilité conduite sous la forme d’entretiens semi-directifs auprès de 83 professionnels exerçant dans des organisations de service au sujet d’une technologie de domotique. La recherche met en évidence trois dimensions que peut revêtir l’acceptabilité d’une technologie : acceptabilité fonctionnelle, acceptabilité financière et acceptabilité socio-éthique. Elle montre, par ailleurs, l’influence de facteurs intrinsèques individuels et organisationnels sur le raisonnement qui sous-tend l’acceptabilité des technologies. |

In this objective, the authors use the data resulting from an acceptability investigation, led through semi-directive interviews with 83 professionals working in service organisations, about a house automation technology. The research highlights three dimensions, which may be taken by the acceptability of a technology: functional acceptability, financial acceptability and socio-ethical acceptability. It shows, in addition, the influence of individual and organisational intrinsic factors on the reasoning, which underlies the acceptability of technologies. |
