Summary, etc. Les rites sont très souvent décriés et critiqués, car étant garants et symboles d’une tradition « dépassée », d’un ordre établi coercitif. Cependant, ils jouent un rôle central dans les institutions (entre autres d’enseignement) et constituent des éléments précieux s’ils sont utilisés avec tact. Ils facilitent les changements d’états et favorisent les passages, tout en oeuvrant à transmettre des corpus de savoirs et de valeurs inhérents aux institutions. Ces rites, dialectisant les « mythes fondateurs » des communautés humaines, peuvent par conséquent être générateurs d’une véritable valeur ajoutée pour les entreprises.

They facilitate the changes of states and promote passages, while working to transmit body of knowledge and values inherent in institutions. These rites, dialectizing the “founding myths” of human communities can therefore be generating real value for businesses.
