Summary, etc. |
520 ## - SUMMARY, ETC. | |
Summary, etc. | Intervention in organizations has been questioned for many years, particularly in sociology. While any intervention has undeniable social and cultural dimensions, it seems to us that the communication dimension is omnipresent there, for example, with the practices of listening or of bringing the actors into dialogue. This is what we will show in the present case within an urban transport company. This case study will be an example in revealing the mysteries of the appropriation of organizational change, extending the works of Uhalde (1999) who had sought to reveal the “mysteries of feedback”. In fact, we develop the communicational dimensions of the intervention : how it contributes to the dynamics of the actors, how it contributes to social transformation. |
