| Summary, etc. | Dans le cadre des sciences de l’information et de la communication (SIC), l’intervention en organisation est abordée de manière spécifique du fait des liens entre les chercheurs et les communicateurs. Partant du constat que les chercheurs-intervenants en communication organisationnelle (CO) sont pris dans une tension entre désir d’agir et quête de scientificité, cet article objective la manière dont l’intervention est présentée et analysée dans deux revues scientifiques. S’appuyant sur un corpus d’articles, la démonstration met au jour des zones d’ombre. Elle ouvre une discussion collective sur la recherche-action (RA) s’adressant à la communauté des chercheurs-intervenants, en vue de la consolidation de leurs pratiques. |

| Summary, etc. | Within the framework of information and communication sciences (ICS), intervention in an organization is approached in a specific way because of the links between researchers and communicators. Starting from the fact that organizational communication (OC) researchers -intervenors are caught in a tension between the desire to act and the quest for scientificity, this article examines the way in which intervention is presented and analyzed in two scientific journals. Based on a corpus of articles, the demonstration brings gray areas to light. It opens a collective discussion on action research (AR) for the community of researchers -intervenors, for the purpose of consolidating their practices. |
