| Summary, etc. | À l’appui d’une enquête qualitative et quantitative menée en France auprès de praticiens de l’intervention systémique brève (ISB) dans le cadre d’un travail de recherche en Sciences de l’Information et de la Communication, cet article s’intéresse aux stratégies communicationnelles et aux concepts interactionnistes mis en œuvre par les praticiens de l’ISB leur permettant d’initier un changement organisationnel à la fois rapide et dont les effets se prolongent dans le temps. Par une réflexion autour de la notion de durabilité du changement, il vise à discuter la compatibilité de ce modèle avec le concept de responsabilité sociétale des organisations. |

| Summary, etc. | Organizational change management: the paradox of a brief and lasting systemic interventionBy refering to a qualitative and quantitative survey conducted in France among practitioners of brief systemic intervention (BSI) during our doctoral research work in Communication Sciences, this article proposes to study the communication strategies and interactionist concepts implemented by practitioners of BSI allowing them to initiate a process of organizational change both fast and lasting. Through a reflection about the notion of sustainable change, it aims to discuss the compatibility of this model with the concept of Corporate Social Responsibility. |
