| Summary, etc. | L’article propose une réflexion sur la nature de la plainte de femmes ayant des brûlures vulvaires entendues à l’occasion d’une recherche clinique systématisée et d’entretiens psychothérapiques psychanalytiques. Après avoir dégagé les dimensions hystériques et hypocondriaques de cette plainte, c’est son caractère paradoxal qui est discuté : la plainte de vulvodynie étant à la fois une quête douloureuse d’intimité à soi – l’appropriation du sexe invisible féminin étant improbable – et une quête difficile, voire refusée, d’intimité avec l’objet d’amour. |

| Summary, etc. | This article proposes a reflection about the nature of the complaint of women suffering from vulvodynia heard during a systematic and clinical research as during psychoanalytical interviews. Its hysterical and hypochondriac dimensions are shown and its paradoxical characteristics are discussed : the complaint of vulvodynia is both a painful quest of self-intimacy – the appropriation of the invisible feminine sex being improbable – and a difficult, even refused, one towards the beloved one. |
