| Summary, etc. | Résumé Si la clinique des adolescentes anorexiques a donné lieu à de très nombreux travaux permettant d’appréhender les modalités tout à fait particulières de leur fonctionnement psychique, l’approche psychopathologique du garçon anorexique apparaît quant à elle beaucoup plus restreinte, voire quasiment absente de la littérature. Ce travail analyse les protocoles T.A.T./Rorschach recueillis sur quatre années, des cinq garçons hospitalisés en pédopsychiatrie pour anorexie grave. Ce matériel met en évidence l’importance de la dépression, où l’angoisse de perte d’objet vient s’articuler à une problématique identificatoire de type homosexuel. Cette approche clinique et théorique permet de mieux comprendre les enjeux psychiques de tels troubles pour améliorer la qualité de la prise en charge psychothérapique. |

| Summary, etc. | While the clinical features of anorexic adolescent girls have given rise to a lot of publications which explain their most particular psychological functioning, there is practically no literature about the psychopathological study of boys whith anorexia. This work intends to analyse the T.A.T./Rorschach protocols recorded over four years, of five boys sent to child psychiatric hospital for serious anorexia. This material is characterized by the importance of depression, and the prevalence of loss can be articulated with a problem of homosexual identification. This clinical and theoretical approach aims at a better understanding of what is at stake psychologically in such troubles, in order to improve psychotherapeutic care. |
