| Summary, etc. | A partir de l’entretien d’un jeune entré dans le dispositif « nouveaux services – nouveaux emplois », l’article propose une réflexion sur le passage des identités juvéniles aux identités professionnelles. Lorsqu’un jeune intègre un ensemble professionnel, il ne se trouve pas coupé des relations sociales complexes qu’il a élaboré durant la période précédente. L’identification à son nouveau statut n’est pas immédiate et s’articule avec les valeurs issus de la catégorie « jeunesse » mais aussi avec les capitaux hérités du milieu social auquel il appartient. Il semble que ce soit dans la perméabilité de ces mondes sociaux que se situe les enjeux identitaires. |

| Summary, etc. | This article offers a reflection on the transition of youth identity to professional identity, built implicitly on an interview of a young person who was entered the « new services – new jobs » strategy. In this way, a young person becoming part of a professional body, is not cut off from the complex social relationships that he has previously developed. This identification with his new status is not immediately realised, and hinges on values stemming from his youth circle, but also on the heritage of the social group to which he belongs. It seems that it is in the permeability of these social worlds that we can find these identity stakes. |
