| Summary, etc. | Dans cette étude nous observons les effets d’un groupe de relaxation auprès de personnes âgées. À l’aide d’exercices pratiques, le sujet apprend dans son corps comme dans sa vie quotidienne à adopter une attitude plus souple, à se décentrer de ses problèmes. L’étude porte sur la mise en place d’un protocole de relaxation en groupe auprès de six sujets âgés (m = 85 ans) vivant en institution. L’accès à un état de relaxation et des changements au niveau somatique, émotionnel et social sont mis en évidence. |

| Summary, etc. | In this studie we observe the effect of a relaxation group with elderly. With pratical exercises, the subject learns in his body and his dailylife to adopt a flexible attitude to move off centre. A protocol of group relaxation with six elderly (85 years old) living in institution is developped. These subjects get into relaxation state and we observe somatic, emotional and social changes. |
