520 ## - SUMMARY, ETC.
Summary, etc.
520 ## - SUMMARY, ETC.
Summary, etc. Using our clinical experience, we approach the points that seem to us to be fundamental in the care granted to patients undergoing hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT) and to their close relatives. We tackle the ethical questions concerning indications for HSCT, informed consent, as well as the problem of the choice to donate in the case of intra-family donors. We also handle the clinical questions that emerge over the course of HSCT for the various subjects involved: patients, families, and health care teams. Finally, we try to outline our perception of the role of psychologists, psychiatrists, and psychoanalysts in this context.
