| Summary, etc. | Résumé Expérience pilote au Maroc, le service médico-psycho-pédagogique de Casablanca a été créé pour les familles défavorisées par une équipe pluridisciplinaire. Au sein de ce service, un espace de paroles pour les mères a été mis en place. Cet article propose une présentation du contexte dans lequel cette structure a été créée. Au-delà de l’enjeu classique – celui de limiter les hospitalisations souvent vécues de manière dramatique par les patients – il s’agissait de donner la parole et de faire émerger chez l’individu sa propre dignité dans une société qui étouffe la communication. Un autre enjeu a été de clarifier la démarche du psychologue clinicien et celle du thérapeute systémique des autres fonctions de la santé mentale. Le groupe des mères a permis d’installer et d’élargir notre approche grâce à une méthode de travail systémique et d’humaniser nos pratiques par un effet de miroir entre le groupe des mères et l’institution. |

| Summary, etc. | As a leading experience in Morocco, a multidisciplinary team working with underprivileged families created the medical psychological service of Casablanca. Within this service, some space was open for mothers. This article introduces the context in which this space was given birth, and the working conditions established by the team. Beyond the current goal of limiting hospitalizations which patients undergo dramatically, the challenge was to allow people who lives in a society that stifles communication to acquire the ability to speak and therefore to live with their true dignity. Another goal was to clarify the clinician psychologist ‘s tasks from those functions undertaken by the professionals of mental health and systemic therapy. The group of mothers allows us to build practically basis for systemic work enlarging our tools by a mirror effect between the mothers group and the institution, and increasing human dimensions in our current practices. |
