| Summary, etc. | Résumé Si l’examen clinique des familles a été à l’origine d’une révolution dans l’approche thérapeutique des schizophrénies et de l’éclosion des thérapies familiales, ces dernières ont été caractérisées par l’apparition de nombreux mouvements divergents. Plutôt que d’en rester à la multiplication de modèles simplificateurs et exclusifs les uns des autres, la conception éco-étho-anthropologique s’inscrit dans le paradigme de la complexité. La complexité des procédures et des réflexions, en évitant les simplifications réductrices, débouche en dernier ressort sur des résultats qui ne manquent ni de simplicité, ni d’élégance. |

| Summary, etc. | If the clinical approach of families has been at the origin of a revolution in the therapeutic approach of schizophrenias and of the birth of family therapies, many divergent movements occured in the field. Rather than accept the multiplication of simplifying and exclusive models, the eco-etho-anthropology conception belongs to the paradigm of complexity. In avoiding reductionist simplifications, the complexity of procedures and reflexions allows to have rather simple and elegant outcomes. |
