| Summary, etc. | RésuméNotre objectif est de présenter une échelle clinique du développement moteur récemment développée, dans les domaines posturo-moteur, locomoteur et de la coordination visuo-manuelle. Elle permet d’établir un niveau moteur standardisé de coordination motrice et d’adaptation posturale. Il existe un gradient d’organisation des acquisitions, c’est-à-dire une augmentation des degrés de liberté segmentaire et un ordre de développement contribuant en retour à un modelage structural des zones cérébrales concernées en cours de maturation. Cette nouvelle échelle permet de souligner l’importance de l’intégration sensori-motrice liée à l’action du corps propre de l’individu reflétant sa motivation et son affectivité. |

| Summary, etc. | The object of this paper is to present a new global motor rating scale that we have developed. It includes items which measure posturomotor, locomotor and eye-hand grip coordination. The scores obtained permit to define developmental standards of motor coordination and postural adaptation. There is an organized gradient of motor acquisitions which follows an increase in the degrees of freedom of each joint and a sequence of development contributing to a structural model of the areas of the brain involved during maturation. It permits to underline importance of sensori-motor integration connected with body action, motivation and affectivity. |
