Summary, etc. | Le Trouble d’Acquisition de la Coordination (TAC) est un trouble moteur fréquent qui a des répercussions sur différents plans : scolaire, familial, de la vie quotidienne...En séances, le psychomotricien se retrouve très régulièrement face à des enfants porteurs d’un TAC. L’intérêt de ce protocole psychomoteur, nommé PMCC-CDG, est d’apprendre, à ces enfants incoordonnés, trois coordinations dynamiques générales saturées en paramètres existant dans la plupart des coordinations dynamiques générales. Ainsi, une généralisation sur d’autres coordinations dynamiques générales est attendue.Pour cela, cette rééducation se base sur la théorie dynamique du mouvement expliquant que les mouvements continus et cycliques sont plus stables que les mouvements sériels. Ainsi, l’apprentissage moteur de ces coordinations s’effectue de manière cyclique, c’est-à-dire que les coordinations ne sont pas apprises isolément, mais dans un enchaînement d’une même action motrice répétée régulièrement. |

Summary, etc. | The developmental coordination disorder (DCD) is a frequent movement skill disorder that significantly affects everyday functioning: school, family, everyday life...During sessions, the Psychomotor Therapist is often faced with children who have DCD. The aim of this psychomotricity protocol, named PMCC-CDG, is to teach children with coordination problems, 3 gross motor skills made of parameters present in most of the other gross motor skills.So, a generalization of other gross motor skills is expected. This reeducation is based on the dynamic theory of movement which states that continued and cyclical movements are more stable than sequential movements. Therefore, these skills are taught in a cyclical manner. That is to say that the movements are not individually taught but are taught as a regular repeated action. |
