Summary, etc. | RésuméL’article présente deux expériences de formation conduites sur un site de production chimique pour des opérateurs de fabrication. L’utilisation d’un simulateur comme outil pédagogique dans un dispositif de formation hors situation de travail permet d’aller au-delà des limites techniques, temporelles et pédagogiques observées jusque-là. Quelques conditions de réussite techniques et pédagogiques ont été identifiées. L’utilisation du simulateur dans un dispositif de formation en situation de travail répond à d’autres finalités, elle questionne davantage la relation travail-formation et pointe les limites de l’outil. Au-delà du souci de pérenniser ces nouvelles modalités de formation, l’entreprise doit aussi s’interroger sur la plus-value de ces nouveaux outils qui peuvent contribuer à rendre l’organisation du travail plus « apprenant e ». |

Summary, etc. | This article presents two experiments of a training action that took place at a chemical production site for manufacturing operators. The use of a simulator as a pedagogical tool during the training out of a working situation allows going beyond the technical, temporal and pedagogical limits that have been observed until now. Some successful conditions technical and pedagogical have been identified. The use of the simulator in a system of training in working condition will respond to other finalities, the relationship work/training is further questioned, the limits of the tool are clearly delineated. Beyond the concern of the perpetuation of these new training methods the companies should evaluate the benefit of these new tools, which could contribute to a learning organisation. |
