Summary, etc. | RésuméDes entreprises régionales se sont regroupées en pôle économique et universitaire pour associer et développer leurs compétences en matière de formation en ligne. Plusieurs d’entre elles, appartenant à la grande distribution et aux services, ont aujourd’hui une première expérience dans le domaine. L’article synthétise ces expériences. A partir d’entretiens libres, nous avons pu dégager des lignes directrices partagées. Si l’on voulait résumer les caractéristiques communes d’une formation en ligne, on pourrait dire qu’elle a été initialisée par un projet émanant ou impliquant fortement le service formation, qu’elle concerne une formation métier, individuelle, et se joue en complémentarité avec le présentiel, en passant par le réseau ; on ajoutera qu’elle est tutorée et que collaborateurs, managers, formateurs en sont les acteurs. |

Summary, etc. | Some regional companies have teamed and created an economic and university pole to combine and improve theirs e-learning competence. Today some of them, ranging from services to retailing on a large scale, have experimented e-learning. This article offers a synthesis of these experiences. From interviews carried on an open basis, we have drawn the main ideas formulated by the companies. To summarise the common characteristics of training by e-learning, we could say that it mingles professional training (skills), individual learning, with, alternately, face to face and e-learning, that it is delivered via electronic networks, with tutoring, and that manager, teacher and learner are the main actors. |
