Les angoisses d’effondrement sont activées, contraignant la famille à des défenses adaptatives de survie. Ce travail s’intéresse à l’aspect groupal de ces défenses que l’on peut repérer à travers le recours à des modalités fusionnelles du lien, l’identification au corps de l’enfant accompagnée d’un contre-investissement de sa vie psychique. L’auteur souligne la dimension paradoxale de ces défenses qui protègent le lien avec l’enfant tout en empêchant l’investissement de sa vie psychique. |

Anxiety of break down are activated, constraining the family to develop defenses for survival. The present work deals with the group aspect of these defenses, that can be assimilated to fusional links, as identification to the body of the child with a non-investment of his psychic life. | Summary, etc. | ResumenEl nacimiento de un hijo discapacitado detona generalmente una vivencia de « desacuerdo » en el vinculo primario entre el bebé y su medio. Las angustias de desintegratión son activadas, obligando a la familia a adoptar defensas de sobre-vida. Este trabajo se interesa al aspecto grupal de estas defensas que recurren a modalidades fusionales de los vínculos, a la identificación al cuerpo del niño, acompañada de un contra-investimiento de la vida psíquica. El autor subraya la dimensión paradógica de estas defensas que protegen la relación con el niño y que impiden al mismo tiempo el investismiento de su vida psíquica. |
