| Summary, etc. | RésuméLes programmes de numérisation du patrimoine s’appuient sur des travaux de recherche pour les aspects technologiques de la numérisation et pour le traitement, l’accès, la conservation et l’usage des documents. Cette collaboration, très importante pour les acteurs culturels, commence à se structurer notamment au niveau européen, avec la valorisation des travaux associant acteurs culturels et acteurs de la recherche. C’est à cette condition que les technologies développées par les chercheurs bénéficieront aux contenus culturels numériques pour leur exploitation et leur visibilité sur les réseaux. |

| Summary, etc. | Digitisation programmes for heritage resources are supported by research projects on technological aspects of digitisation and for document processing, access, preservation and usability. This collaboration, of uppermost importance for cultural stakeholders is structured, notably at European level, through the creation of incentive for projects involving actors of both the research and the cultural fields. This is the condition for digital cultural content to benefit from technologies developed by researchers to improve their exploitation and visibility on the Internet. |
