| Summary, etc. | RésuméCet article rend compte d’un programme de recherche action, mené au sein du laboratoire Tech-CICO. Ce programme a pour but de concevoir un service NTIC favorisant la coopération entre différentes entreprises de la filière textile de Champagne-Ardenne. Cet article décrit dans un premier temps une modélisation des échanges de documents numériques entre partenaires dans la filière textile. Dans un second temps, on présentera l’apport de l’analyse conversationnelle des réunions de travail dans la conduite du projet. |
