| Summary, etc. | RésuméCe papier présente l’apport de l’ergonomie pour la conception de services à base de dialogue naturel. L’approche du laboratoire D21 est d’appréhender le dialogue aussi bien d’un point de vue formel ( i.e., modèle de l’interaction et caractéristiques d’un système coopératif) que socio-cognitif ( i.e., modèles de la communication). Dans cette optique, la connaissance et la prise en compte des comportements, et des attentes des utilisateurs sont indispensables à l’amélioration des interactions avec un système. Outils méthodologiques ( i.e., Magicien d’Oz) et recherches empiriques participent alors à l’enrichissement des connaissances théoriques sur le dialogue homme-machine et aux développements de services innovants. |

| Summary, etc. | This paper présents the ergonomics contribution to the design of natural dialogue services, more particularly. The D21 laboratory studies dialogue from a formal point of view (e.g., interaction model and characteristic of a coopérative System) as well as a social-cognitive approach (e.g., communication models). Accordingly, knowledge, and taking into account of behaviours and users’ expectations are essential for the improvement of the interactions with a System. Methodological tools (e.g., Wizard of OZ) and empirical researches contribute to the enrichment of theoretical knowledge on man-machine dialogue and innovating services development. |
