| Summary, etc. | Le présent article rend compte d’un projet de recherche qui visait à relater une expérience concrète d’intégration d’une approche d’amélioration continue de type Lean au sein d’une bibliothèque québécoise, en l’occurrence certaines unités de l’organisation de BAnQ, notamment la Grande Bibliothèque, et décrit l’expérience des individus ayant pris part activement aux différents processus d’intégration de cette approche afin d’en identifier les aspects positifs et les moments plus difficiles. |

| Summary, etc. | This article describes a research project and the experience of integrating a lean-type of continuous improvement approach in a Quebec library, namely certain units of the BAnQ’s organisation, more specifically the Grande Bibliothèque. It also reports the experience of the individuals who actively participated in the various integration processes of this approach. The positive aspects and the more difficult moments were identified. |
