| Summary, etc. | Dans les services de réanimation pédiatrique, pédiatres, réanimateurs, psychologues, infirmiers, aides-soignants sont confrontés à des enfants qui expriment, de manière verbale et non-verbale, leurs peurs, leurs désirs et leurs volontés concernant les soins et leur fin de vie. Comment de telles expressions sont-elles interprétées et prises en considération dans la prise de décision ? Cet article propose la synthèse de 12 consultations d’éthique clinique menées dans le service de Réanimation Pédiatrique du CHU de Nantes d’août 2011 à juin 2014 et interroge la place accordée au jeune patient par les soignants et les parents dans la prise de décision. |

This article proposes the synthesis of 12 consultations of clinical ethics in the pediatric intensive care unit of the CHU of Nantes from August, 2011 till June, 2014 and questions the place which is given to the young patient by nursing staff and parents in the decision-making. |
