| Summary, etc. | La réforme de la réglementation du don d’organes au Luxembourg a eu lieu lors de la promulgation le 2 juillet 2015 de la loi du 25 juin 2015 modifiant la loi du 25 novembre 1982 réglant le prélèvement de substances d’origine humaine. Cet article va s’apprêter à retracer l’évolution du champ d’application de la réglementation en matière de don d’organes au Luxembourg tout en exposant les changements de la loi qui ont eu lieu en 2015. Ces changements ont eu lieu à la lumière de la volonté du Luxembourg de ratifier la Convention pour la protection des Droits de l’Homme et de la dignité de l’être humain à l’égard des applications de la biologie et de la médecine : Convention sur les Droits de l’Homme et la biomédecine (Convention d’Oviedo) de 1997 et le protocole additionnel à la Convention sur les Droits de l’Homme et la biomédecine relatif à la transplantation d’organes et de tissus d’origine humaine (n˚186) de 2002. |

| Summary, etc. | A new legislation on organ donation in LuxembourgIn Luxembourg, a new legislation on organ donation was promulgated on the 2nd July 2015: the law of the 25th June 2015 amending the act of the 25th November 1982 setting the sampling of substances of human origin. This article will not only trace the progression of the scope of the legislation on organ donation but also illustrate the changes in the law that took place in 2015. These changes took place in the light of the willingness to ratify the Convention for the protection of Human Rights and dignity of the human being with regard to the application of biology and medicine: Convention on Human Rights and Biomedicine (Oviedo Convention) of 1997, as well as the additional Protocol to the Convention on human Rights and Biomedicine concerning transplantation of organs and tissues of human origin (No. 186) of 2002. |
