| Summary, etc. | Cet article traite de la situation actuelle et du devenir de l’agropastoralisme au Sahel. Y sont analysés les enjeux actuels et les défis que doit relever cette activité dans un contexte caractérisé par d’importants changements environnementaux et socio-économiques. Afin de cerner leurs perceptions et les représentations portant sur le climat et les ressources pastorales, les discours des éleveurs ont été recueillis et analysés à l’aide des statistiques textuelles. De nouvelles formes de compétition pour l’accès aux ressources dans la région ont ainsi pu être révélées et une cartographie des nouveaux axes de transhumance a été dressée à partir des dires d’acteurs. Les résultats de l’analyse textuelle de ces dires d’acteurs ont permis de mettre en lumière une importante reconfiguration de l’espace agropastoral sahélien. |

| Summary, etc. | This paper addresses the current challenges faced by agro-pastoralism in Sahel and questions the future of these activities. It analyses the issues that these activities are currently facing in a context of climatic, social and economic changes. To provide an account of the representations and perceptions of climate change and pastoral resources among livestock farmers, a series of interviews were collected analysed using a statistical text mining approach. Based on the discourses of farmers, a renewed competition for access to natural resources in the region was highlighted, and the cartography of the new transhumance axes was mapped. The statistical analysis of the various interviews shows a significant reconfiguration of the sahelian agropastoral area. |
