520 ## - SUMMARY, ETC. | |
Summary, etc. | Health establishments are mainly constituted of multidisciplinary teams, and collaboration between each profession is essential for the quality of patient care. This study explores how the leadership of the manager can influence interprofessional collaboration. Following theoretical research, a mixed study was conducted, with a qualitative approach consisting of interviews with supervisors, and a quantitative approach involving questionnaires administered to professionals in an approval strategy. The emerging states of interprofessional collaboration (trust, cohesion, mutual recognition, willingness to collaborate, and leadership) are studied. The results allow us to propose managerial recommendations. |
520 ## - SUMMARY, ETC. | |
Summary, etc. |
