| Summary, etc. | Given the increase in requests for transcultural consultations for unaccompanied minors, understanding the professional positionings of interpreters working with this population is rich in lessons. Four semi-structured interviews with interpreters were analyzed in order to understand their positionings including countertransference reactions. Even though the professional attitudes were specific for each interpreter, we found some concerns expressed by all interviewees: the need of empathy when listening and the need for hyper-adaptability. The research indicated ways of improving the quality of work of the interpreters, which could promote the therapeutic alliance: training in different settings, supervision, pre- and post-intervention discussions with the therapeutic team as well as analytical work on the unique story of each person in resonance with their migratory and professional trajectory. |

| Summary, etc. | Ante el aumento de las solicitudes de consultas transculturales para menores no acompañados (MNA), hay mucho que aprender del análisis de las actitudes de los intérpretes que trabajan con esta población. El análisis de las entrevistas semiestructuradas realizadas a cuatro intérpretes nos permitió describir sus actitudes contratransferenciales a varios niveles. Las posturas variaron de un intérprete a otro, pero todos insistieron en la empatía en la escucha y en la necesidad de hiperadaptabilidad. Se identificaron opciones para mejorar la calidad del trabajo de interpretación y favorecer la alianza terapéutica: formación en diferentes modalidades, supervisión, sesiones previas y posteriores con el equipo terapéutico, y trabajo analítico sobre la historia individual de cada intérprete en relación con sus antecedentes migratorios y profesionales. |

| Summary, etc. | Face à l’augmentation des demandes de consultation transculturelle pour les mineurs non accompagnés (MNA), s’intéresser à la posture des interprètes travaillant auprès de cette population est riche d’enseignements. L’analyse des entretiens semi-directifs réalisés avec quatre interprètes a permis de décrire leur contre-transfert à plusieurs niveaux. Une variabilité des postures est constatée selon les interprètes mais ils insistent tous sur l’empathie dans l’écoute et sur la nécessité d’une hyper-adaptabilité. Des pistes d’amélioration de la qualité du travail d’interprétariat favorisant l’alliance thérapeutique ont été repérées : la formation sur différentes modalités, la supervision, les pré- et post-séances avec l’équipe thérapeutique ainsi que le travail analytique sur l’histoire singulière de chacun en résonnance avec le parcours migratoire et professionnel. |
