| Summary, etc. | This article examines the information practices related to chlordecone in the French West Indies. More specifically, it analyzes how these practices deployed by activist associations help to constitute and perpetuate the chlordecone “crisis” in the French West Indies. It is based on an interview survey and a corpus of local media. The study revealed a real effort to disseminate information and knowledge about chlordecone. This work of the associations includes not only surveys and documentation, but also speaking out in the local media. |

| Summary, etc. | L’article présente une étude des pratiques informationnelles en lien avec le chlordécone aux Antilles. Il s’attache plus particulièrement à analyser la manière dont ces pratiques, déployées par des associations militantes, participent à constituer et à perpétuer la « crise » du chlordécone aux Antilles. Il s’appuie sur une enquête par entretien et sur un corpus de médias locaux. L’étude a permis de mettre en évidence un réel travail de publicité des informations et des savoirs qui ont trait au chlordécone. Ce travail passe non seulement par la réalisation d’enquête et la production de documents, mais encore par la prise de parole dans les médias locaux. |
