This article will endeavor to highlight the paradoxes generated by the remote work of the proximity manager, then the support levers mobilized around the establishment of a climate of trust, in line with the management of skills and empowerment of teams. |

Summary, etc. | Hier, responsable d’un service unique dont il avait la maîtrise de la spécialité, le manager de proximité de l’hôpital est aujourd’hui amené à partager son temps de travail entre plusieurs services, plusieurs équipes, plusieurs sites géographiques. En parallèle, les évolutions technologiques rendent désormais possibles de nouveaux modes de communication entre le manager et son équipe. Pourtant, le cadre de santé semble être l’un des derniers repères de proximité des équipes hospitalières, ébranlées par les dérives de l’hôpital « entreprise » et la dureté de la crise sanitaire. Cet article s’attachera à mettre en évidence les paradoxes engendrés par le travail à distance du manager de proximité, puis les leviers d’accompagnement mobilisés autour de l’instauration d’un climat de confiance, en lien avec la gestion des compétences et l’autonomisation des équipes. |
