| Summary, etc. | Hospital managers are regularly asked to carry out projects within their establishments. To do this, a certain number of professionals, internal or external to their teams, are asked to participate actively. The purpose of this work is to highlight, on the one hand, the manifestations of collective intelligence within project teams. On the other hand, it is a question of studying how the leadership of the healthcare manager makes it possible to promote the development of this collective intelligence. In order to carry out this study, we compared the existing literature with the reality on the ground for 10 senior healthcare managers in order to determine what levers are implemented in two healthcare establishments. |

| Summary, etc. | Les managers hospitaliers sont régulièrement amenés à réaliser des projets au sein de leurs établissements. Pour ce faire, un certain nombre de professionnels internes ou externes à leurs équipes sont sollicités afin d’y participer de manière active. Le but de ce travail consiste à mettre en évidence d’une part, les manifestations de l’intelligence collective au sein des équipes projet. D’autre part, il s’agit d’étudier en quoi le leadership du cadre de santé permet de favoriser le développement de cette intelligence collective. Afin de réaliser cette étude, nous avons confronté la littérature existante à la réalité de terrain auprès de 10 cadres supérieurs de santé pour déterminer quels sont les leviers mis en œuvre dans deux établissements de santé. |
