Summary, etc. | Certaines formations relatives à des métiers porteurs sur le marché de l’emploi ne font pas le plein de candidats. Pour répondre à ce problème, le Plan Marshall 2.Vert propose notamment deux outils : les actions de sensibilisation des CEFo et les Essais-métiers. Une évaluation a été menée en fin de législature. Cet article synthétise les enseignements relatifs à l’apport de ces outils sur l’accès à la formation.Nos observations ont montré que les demandeurs d’emploi ayant bénéficié de ces outils avancent dans la construction d’un projet professionnel pouvant inclure des formations dans ces métiers. Toutefois, l’incertitude temporelle entourant le calendrier des formations, une utilisation des Essais-métiers parfois détournée de leur objectif initial ou la difficile appropriation individuelle d’informations délivrées dans les CEFo en mode collectif sont autant de limites à considérer dans l’optique d’une amélioration de ces outils. |

Summary, etc. | Some training schemes for promising jobs on the labour market are not fully attended by candidates. To address this problem, the ‘Plan Marshall 2.Vert’ [Green Marshal Plan 2] provides two tools in particular : awareness raising actions by CEFOs [Employment, Training, Guidance, Information and Advice Centres] and the Essais-métiers [trial jobs]. An evaluation was conducted at the end of the term. This article summarises the lessons drawn from the contribution of these tools to access to training.We have noted that jobseekers who have availed themselves of these tools make headway in their vocational plans which may include training in these jobs. Nevertheless, the uncertainty as to the schedule of the training schemes, a use of the trial jobs at times diverted from their usual objective, or the difficult personal appropriation of the information provided in the CEFOs collectively are all limitations to be considered with a view to improving these tools. |
