| Summary, etc. | Port activities have undergone major changes imposed by the globalization of production and the intensity of trade. These changes have had a major impact on port logistics particularly on the world maritime traffic. with their lead, Asian and European ports are taking over most of this traffic. Competition between international ports is very relentless. Despite the efforts made and its strategic position, Morocco is very late in this segment. The National Ports Agency (ANP), regulator of Moroccan ports, aware of this situation is faced with two major constraints, meeting the growing expectations of port stakeholders and involving this port community in improving the performance of ports. | Summary, etc. | Les activités portuaires ont subi d’importantes mutations imposées par la mondialisation de la production et l’intensité des échanges commerciaux. Ces mutations ont fortement touché la logistique portuaire et notamment le trafic maritime mondial. Les ports asiatiques et européens forts de leur avance s’accaparent l’essentiel de ce trafic. La compétition entre les ports internationaux y est très féroce. Malgré les efforts fournis et sa position stratégique, le Maroc est très en retard dans ce créneau. L’Agence Nationale des Ports (ANP), régulateur des ports marocains, consciente de cette situation est confrontée à deux contraintes majeures, celle de satisfaire les attentes croissantes des Parties Prenantes portuaires et celle d’associer cette communauté portuaire à l’amélioration de la performance des ports. Sa stratégie numérique des ports a fait de la digitalisation un pilier fondamental de la compétitivité. |
