| Summary, etc. | The objective of this article is to study the effect of the dimensions of territorial attractiveness on substainable local development. A survey questionnaire administered toward face-to-face was conducted through a conveniene sample size of264 respondents allowed to use the multiple regression analysis to test and validate the hypotheses. The results of this analysis showed that f the political and the economical dimensions of territorial attractiveness had a positive and a significant effect on substainable local development. In conclusion the implications of research, the limits and future research are then proposed. |

| Summary, etc. | Cet article a pour objectif d’étudier l’effet des dimensions de l’attractivité territoriale perçue par les agents et managers de l’administration territoriale sur le développement local durable. Une enquête par questionnaire, administrée en face –à-face auprès d’une taille d’échantillon de convenance de 264 agents et managers de l’administration territoriale togolaise a permis d’utiliser l’analyse de régression multiple pour tester et valider les hypothèses. Les résultats de cette analyse montrent que les dimensions politiques et économiques de l’attractivité territoriale ont un effet significatif et positif sur le développement local durable. En conclusion, les implications de recherche, les limites et voies de recherche sont alors proposées. |
