Summary, etc. | The aim of this paper is to show the influence of the perceived value of health services on the attitude of patients. Through a qualitative study with semi-structured interviews at first, we verified the relevance of our research variables. Then we did a quantitative study through exploration on 93 people. It allowed us to verify the reliability of our measurement scales which have been identified in the literature. Finally, the confirmatory study on 188 people allowed us to test our research hypotheses. The results of our research show that the perceived value of health services has a positive and significant influence on the attitude of patients through its dimensions: efficiency value, aesthetic value, self-satisfaction value and acquisition value. |

Summary, etc. | L’objectif de ce papier est de montrer l’influence de la valeur perçue des services de santé sur l’attitude des patients. A travers une étude qualitative avec des entretiens semi-directifs dans un premier temps, nous avons vérifié la pertinence de nos variables de recherche. Ensuite nous avons fait une étude quantitative à travers l’exploration sur 93 personnes. Elle nous a permis de vérifier la fiabilité de nos échelles de mesure qui ont été identifiés dans la littérature. Enfin, l’étude confirmatoire sur 188 personnes nous a permis de tester nos hypothèses de recherche. Les résultats de notre recherche montrent que la valeur perçue des services de santé a une influence positive et significative sur l’attitude des patients à travers ses dimensions : valeur d’efficacité, valeur d’esthétique, valeur d’autosatisfaction et valeur d’acquisition. |
