520 ## - SUMMARY, ETC.
Summary, etc. This article explores new approaches to strengthening internal auditing in hospitals. An action research project conducted in a Moroccan university hospital combined several methods to collect data within a hospital department. The results show that traditional internal auditing is limited by scarce resources, excessive formalization, and standardization, which hinder its adaptation to the specificities of the hospital setting. To address these issues, a new auditing process, based on modern perspectives on internal auditing and co-designed with department stakeholders, was tested. This model detects dysfunctions overlooked by traditional audits. Adaptability and agility are thus essential to enhancing the effectiveness of internal auditing in the hospital setting.
520 ## - SUMMARY, ETC.
Summary, etc.
