Summary, etc. | This article aims to contribute to current debates on the collective and pedagogical processes needed to build an inclusive university by highlighting cognitive, emotional, and intentional resistances to change among early-career lecturers within a multi-institutional training program. By presenting the tensions arising from institutional directives – perceived as vague or insufficiently supported – that create an emotional burden and a sense of professional isolation, the article opens a discussion on the need for a “solidarity in daily practice” among faculty members to address institutional limitations and on the importance of training programs centered on conscientization and introjection processes. |

Summary, etc. | Cet article se propose de contribuer aux débats actuels sur les processus collectifs et pédagogiques à mettre en œuvre pour construire une université inclusive, en mettant au jour des résistances au changement cognitives, émotionnelles et intentionnelles de maîtres de conférences stagiaires, dans le cadre d’un dispositif de formation pluri-institutionnel. Après avoir ainsi présenté des tensions dues aux injonctions institutionnelles, perçues comme floues ou insuffisamment accompagnées, qui créent une charge émotionnelle et un sentiment d’isolement professionnel, l’article ouvre la discussion sur le besoin d’une « solidarité du quotidien » entre enseignants pour pallier les limites institutionnelles et sur l’importance des dispositifs de formation fondés sur des processus de conscientisation et d’introjection. |
