Summary, etc. | Analysing the representations of faculty, staff and students with disabilities made it possible to gauge the degree of inclusiveness of the university under scrutiny. The interviews and their comprehensive analysis showed a strong inclusive dynamic driven by the governance as well as some obstacles related to time, coordination, resistance to universal accessibility due to an illusion of an omnipotent compensatory power for the disability through the prescription of “inclusive medecines”. This article thus shows the importance of the concepts of availability (welcome), vigilance (the response provided) and inclusive function carried by a collective endeavor. |

Summary, etc. | Analyser les représentations des personnels et des étudiants en situation de handicap a permis de dresser un bilan du degré d’inclusivité de l’université en question. Les entretiens semi-directifs et leur analyse à visée compréhensive ont montré une forte dynamique inclusive impulsée par la gouvernance ainsi que des freins à celle-ci tels que le rapport au temps, la coordination, des résistances à l’accessibilité universelle du fait d’une illusion d’une toute-puissance compensatoire du handicap par la prescription de « médic-inclusifs ». Cet article montre ainsi l’importance des concepts de disponibilité (l’accueil), de vigilance (la réponse apportée) et de fonction inclusive portée par un collectif. |
