| Summary, etc. | This contribution will examine the legislative choices and governance policies that have renewed the Italian university system, the resulting growth and diversification of students with special needs, and the ways in which academic institutions implement accessibility. It will analyze the transformations brought about by the Universal Design for Learning (UDL) model and technological advancements in personalizing teaching practices and procedures, both at the beginning of and throughout academic studies. Additionally, this contribution will highlight the roles of the Rector’s Delegate for students with disabilities or learning difficulties, as well as the National University Conference of Delegates for the Inclusion of Students with Disabilities and Specific Learning Difficulties (CNUDD), both of which are pivotal in the ongoing changes. |

| Summary, etc. | Cette contribution examinera les choix législatifs et les politiques de gouvernance qui ont renouvelé le système universitaire italien, ainsi que la croissance et la diversification des étudiants ayant des Besoins éducatifs particuliers (BEP). Elle s’intéressera également aux modalités selon lesquelles l’accessibilité est mise en œuvre par les institutions académiques. Nous analyserons les transformations apportées par le modèle de Design universel pour l’apprentissage (DUA) et par les développements technologiques, en ce qui concerne la personnalisation des pratiques et des procédures pédagogiques, tant à l’entrée qu’au cours des études. De plus, cette contribution mettra en lumière le rôle du délégué du recteur pour les étudiants en situation de handicap ou ayant des troubles d’apprentissage, ainsi que celui de la Conférence nationale universitaire des délégués pour l’inclusion des étudiants en situation de handicap et des étudiants avec troubles spécifiques de l’apprentissage (CNUDD), qui figurent parmi les principaux acteurs du changement en cours. |
