Based on an Erasmus+ project called Triangle (2019-2022), which took actors in childcare, training and governance from four countries (France, Belgium, Switzerland and Italy) to travel several times, this article presents the conclusions of an analysis anchored in the traces (collective travel diaries, individual documentation) and data (enquiries, interviews). collected throughout the process, It provides keys to understanding what, according to the participants, is a lever, obstacle or tension in the transformative processes likely to operate.
