Summary, etc. | Traveling in early childhood is potentially a source of discovery, learning and change for both the visitor and the host (Pirard, Rayna, Brougère, 2021). Prepared, organized and evaluated by both the traveler and the host, it can generate individual and collective transformations. Based on an Erasmus+ project called Triangle (2019-2022), which took actors in childcare, training and governance from four countries (France, Belgium, Switzerland and Italy) to travel several times, this article presents the conclusions of an analysis anchored in the traces (collective travel diaries, individual documentation) and data (enquiries, interviews). collected throughout the process, It provides keys to understanding what, according to the participants, is a lever, obstacle or tension in the transformative processes likely to operate. |
