| Summary, etc. | This research explores a zone of legal uncertainty affecting the progress of biodigitalization in the innovation sector. Based on interviews with company managers or their representatives, our results show that professionals in artificial intelligence are questioning the legal vacuum of biodigitalisation. Indeed, it appears that the creation of false humans who are penetrating all fields of society, is still not considered at the legal level. A lack of advice in this field of biodigitalisation is holding back these companies in the advancement of their research. The first entrepreneurs who offer dematerialized legal services could thus obtain a temporary monopoly on this new market. |

| Summary, etc. | Cette recherche explore une zone d’incertitude juridique impactant l’avancée de la biodigitalisation dans le secteur de l’innovation. Basés sur des entretiens qualitatifs de professionnels de l’intelligence artificielle, nos résultats montrent qu’ils se questionnent sur les vides juridiques de la biodigitalisation. En effet, il apparait que la création de faux humains qui pénètrent tous les champs des sociétés n’est toujours pas considérée au niveau légal. Le manque de conseils dans ce champ de la biodigitalisation retient des entreprises dans l’avancement de leur recherche. Les premiers entrepreneurs du droit qui offrent des services juridiques dématérialisés pourraient ainsi obtenir un monopole temporaire sur ce nouveau marché. |
